Yes, absolutely. I speak Dutch, English and Spanish fluently. All sessions can take place in any of these languages.

Yes, you can park your car in front of the door.

Treatments cannot take place if you have a fever, cold, flu, infection or open wound. In any case, there will always be a short intake before your treatment. If you have a specific health condition and you are not sure whether you can receive treatment, please consult with me before booking your appointment. For Covid-19 regulations, please scroll down.

You may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your appointment. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before, you will billed for your session 100%.

When you book a treatment, you will receive specific guidelines regarding your diet during the days before and on the day of your treatment. You will also receive tips regarding what kind of clothes to wear. For the guidelines about abhyanga (oil massage), click here.

If you want to work on a specific health goal, it is good to practice yoga according to your Ayurvedic mind-body type. You will reap benefits the benefits are your classes are created for you personally and according to your needs. For example, if you have a lower back injury, your lifestyle advice, diet and yoga practice will be created in such a way that each element supports the other. During each class, the focus will be solely on you. We can adjust the class at any time, and together we will create a practice that remains sustainable over the course of your life.

Not at all. We adjust the classes according to what you need and what you want to work on. This is a very different approach from group classes, where you usually need to adapt to the group and follow general instructions.
