Because the Coronavirus is still active, a safety protocol has been drawn up by the association of health and wellness professionals (CAT Collectief) that I am registered with, in order to guarantee both your safety and mine. I would like to ask you to read the safety rules below carefully. I will send you further instructions and guidelines by e-mail once your booking has been confirmed.

  • I plan my appointments in such a way that the number of clients in the waiting area is kept to a minimum;
  • In the waiting room, the chairs are arranged in such a way that you are always at least 1.5 meters away from other clients in case they are still in the studio. There is enough space to pass each other.
  • Please come on time, but not too early (around 5 minutes before your appointment);
  • The toilet cannot be used temporarily, but I will make an exception in case you have an emergency;
  • Come alone as much as possible, leave your partner at home. If you have a child that is 16 years old or younger, of course as a parent, you may join him or her;
  • Take as few items as possible with you and put your essentials away in the inner or side-pocket of your bag, purse or jacket;
  • Before and after the treatment I wash my hands and forearms with disinfectant soap;
  • If you have booked a treatment, you are free to wear a protective mask. I will always use a protective mask during your treatment;
  • Before you enter the studio and consultation room, I will ask you to wash your hands;
  • After each client, contact points such as the door handles, doorbell and armrests of the chairs, the table and massage table are cleaned by myself. Please try to touch as little as possible in the studio and consultation room;
  • The conversation between us takes place at a distance of 1.5 meters;
  • Where necessary and possible, I will give you instructions and exercises at a minimum distance of 1.5 meters and physical contact is kept to a minimum;
  • If you feel anxious or nervous to come, a telephone or video consultation is also possible;
  • During the appointment I will ask a number of questions according to the safety protocol I follow, so that I know whether it is safe to do the treatment. Even before the actual appointment I do this to check whether anything has changed in the meantime;
  • Stay at home if you or any of your family members have symptoms of a cold, fever, or flu-like symptoms. You are expected to cancel your appointment or contact me to discuss this. Until further notice, cancellations due to these symptoms, regardless of whether they are timely, will not be charged.
